A bases loaded walk in the bottom of the 7th inning to Greg Wallace forced home the winning run. In the top of the 7th Pirates' CF Wallace made an outstanding catch with Tritons runners on base.

Pirates scored two runs in the 1st on a double by Jacob Zver. Starter David Walkling struggled with control striking out 8, allowing no hits and while walking 7 in five innings. Nick Peruzzo pitched the final two innings and got the win.
