Clarification for BCPBL Scorekeepers - Who gets the win? the starting pitcher or...?
a
) For the starting pitcher to possibly get the win in a seven inning game he must pitch four innings and have the lead when he leaves the game

b) If the starting pitcher pitches less than four innings and leaves the game with the lead, and then multiple relief pitchers are used to complete the game, it is the scorekeepers discretion as to who gets credited with the win. (Could be the starting pitcher or one of the relief pitchers depending on who pitches most effectively and other game factors).

c) If the starting pitcher pitches less than four innings and leaves the game with the lead, and only one relief pitcher is used and he pitches the game to completion (and wins), then the relief pitcher should get credited with the win.

How to score a game without an internet connection

Here are the steps to follow in order to score a game without an internet connection:

1) Open your scoring application and start a "New Game"
2) A network error dialog will appear with "Retry", "Score off-line" or "Cancel".
3) Select "Score off-line" and the game will be created.
4) Select the visiting and home teams.
5) Once the game is over (or when a connection becomes available), save the game and close the application.
6) Once in an area where a data connection is available, open the game (which will prompt for credentials).
7) This automatically brings up the "Game Information" dialog, allowing the selection of the teams (if they weren't previously selected).
8) Scoring can continue and the Game Live data will be uploaded to the server, or finalize the game
9) To finalize the game, go to "Tools" >> "Finalize Game".
