The 10th annual 2008 Northwest Championship Tournament will be held August 16th-20th at various locations around Portland, Oregon. British Columbia and Utah will return again to join Baseball Northwest selected teams from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana/Wyoming. Ten teams in each class (2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012) will compete in the tournament.

The nearly 800 players will be the largest collections of the region’s top players ever to be assembled in one place in the northwest. Baseball Northwest teams will again be set up as: Oregon Metro, Oregon State, Washington Southwest, Washington Metro, Washington Northwest, Washington East, Idaho, Montana/Wyoming and British Columbia.
