** Weekly leaderboards are initially compiled via the home team scoring the game. Keep in mind, scoring is a judgement call per the home team scorekeeper who is a volunteer! Over the course of the season, a GameChanger algorithm is used in choosing which teams stats are used and who the official scorekeeper per game is. This algorithm looks at several factors, but mainly the quality of the person scoring the game. Things like how many times a game is edited is factored into this algorithm. TEAMS, PARENTS & FANS are not to question other teams’ judgement calls. Individual player stats available on the GameChanger App are controlled via their own team’s scorekeeper so there WILL likely be discrepancies between team GameChanger stats and the weekly leaderboards. If a game is not finalized properly, wins/losses for pitchers may not show correctly on leaderboards- REACH OUT TO YOUR OWN HOME TEAM IF THERE IS A PROBLEM**
** Do not reach out to the league admin complaining of how people score the games. Again, the people doing the scoring are volunteers and they are doing their best.
** Weekly leaderboards are not scientific and are here to give a guide on where players stand during the season. FINAL year end leaderboards WILL be based on how each team scored their own players and is as accurate as the individual team scored their own game. It takes 4-5 hours to compile year end leaderboards so this process will happen at the end of the season ONLY.
** Downloadable Leaderboards once the season has been completed will be based on individual team scoring and takes a very long time to compile. As such this will happen only at the end of the season**
FINAL LEADERBOARDS at the end of the season will be based on the following: Hitters = 80 PA, Pitchers = 35 IP
