Ejection and Discipline Policy Matrix
All ejections received by the League will be reviewed by the Executive Director. Serious ejections may result in the immediate suspension of the coach /player and will have a detailed review by the Executive Director and Discipline Committee. The review may include additional reports from the coaches, players, and game officials. If warranted, additional discipline will be issued. In all cases, the previous history of ejections for the player or coach will be reviewed and taken into consideration. Ejections and unsportsmanlike conduct will be governed by the guidelines below

NOTE:
ED will review and issue suspensions for fourth or any additional occurrences.
ED may issue additional suspensions on any ejection depending on the severity of the ejection and actions by the ejected personnel.
First base coach may only approach the first base umpire regarding calls at first base. Head coach may approach the officials regarding any calls.
First occurrence - $500 team fine.
Second occurrence - $1000 team fine.
Third occurrence - $2000 team fine.
Players/Coaches are not to be in uniform when ejected or under suspension and must remain at least 100 meters from the dugout (including the bullpen area) and the team.
No involvement with the team one hour prior or after a game.
Any coach or player that is suspected of relaying instructions from the ejected coach will be given one warning, and if it continues, ejected from the game.
The game officials have the ability to forfeit the game if the ejected coach or player continues to not abide by these rules.
The “Spirit” of the suspension must be followed and will cover any details missed in these guidelines.
There will be no recruiting of players by coaches.
Absolutely no contact of players on another team by coaching staff or team management.
No contact implies emails, phone calls, direct contact, player or parent contact and the distribution of program information.
Players will seek to play for another team; first year players to the premier league will initiate team contact.
Teams violating the above recruiting policy will be subject to the following tampering regulations:
First incident - $500 fine; team probation for one year; and the suspension of the head coach for 5 games.
Second incident - $1000 fine; indefinite team probation with review request; and the suspension of the head coach for 10 games.
Third incident – indefinite suspension of head coach.
All appeals are brought forward to the Executive Director for review.
A written request for an appeal must be forwarded to the league president.
A $500 assessment will be made to the team for all appeal requests and will not be applied if the appeal is successful.
A decision made by the Executive Director may be appealed and will be reviewed by an independent committee of three members.
The decision made by the independent review committee is final.
